The Sick Lion and the Rabbit

The lion was lying down, feeling very sick. Just then, a rabbit happened to come by that way.

"Hey King Lion, why are you lying down looking so weak?" the rabbit asked anxiously.

"I don't feel well at all, my friend..." the lion replied miserably.

"You don't need to worry. I have a medicine with me just for you," the rabbit said. He held the medicine out toward the lion.

"Could you pour that medicine directly into my mouth?" the lion asked pitifully.

"Alright, open your mouth wide," said the rabbit.

The lion opened his mouth. Seeing the lion's sharp, terrifying teeth, the rabbit was frightened for a moment! However, gathering all his courage, the rabbit poured the drops of medicine into the lion's mouth.

As soon as the medicine went in, the lion felt very sleepy and dozed off. After a little while, when the lion opened his eyes, he found that he had completely recovered his strength and health. Smiling warmly, the Lion King looked at the tiny rabbit and thanked him with all his heart.
