Wandering Donkey And The Bear

One day, a bear saw a donkey wandering in its territory. It was the first time the bear encountered a donkey in its territory. So he was annoyed by the new visitor.

“Stop there!” shouted the bear. The donkey stopped. When he saw the bear, he was frightened.

“I am sorry. I had no intention to intrude into your territory. I will tell you what happened. I lost track on my way and ended up in the forest. Can you please help me to find my path?” asked the donkey.

“Sure, I will help. It’s good you asked me, as there are predators in the wild, like lions and tigers. I will give you protection and show you the way out of this forest,” said the bear. The donkey was happy.

The bear and the donkey walked. Suddenly, a lion appeared on the way.

“Don’t dare to lay your hand upon my guest,” the bear shouted. The lion disappeared. Bea and the donkey continued to walk. Then, a tiger came on their way. The bear shouted at the tiger and told him not to lay its hands on his guest. The tiger also went back.

After walking for a while, they reached the mountainside. The donkey saw its master looking for him. The donkey thanked the bear for his assistance in finding his track and hugged the bear. The bear smiled and let him go to his master. The bear made sure that the donkey reunited with its master from a distance before returning to the forest.
