Go Inside, It's Going To Rain

A strange noise interrupted the sleep of Rob the dog. He woke up from his cozy nap, feeling annoyed, and started searching for the source of the noise.

It was a frog. Rob stared at the frog, unsure of what to do. He had never seen a frog before.

“Hey, who are you? Why are you disturbing my sleep?” Rob asked.

“I’m sorry to disturb your sleep. I just wanted to let you know that there’s going to be rain soon. You should go inside,” said the frog.

“Ha, ha, you silly frog predicting rain?” Rob laughed.

But suddenly, dark clouds filled the sky. It was getting darker and darker. A thunderstorm was on the way.

“How did you know?” Rob asked, his curiosity piqued.

“We frogs are very sensitive to changes in the environment,” the frog explained. “I could feel the humidity and pressure rising. Now, you should hurry inside before the rain starts.”

Rob hesitated for a moment, then decided to trust the frog’s advice. He trotted back to his cozy doghouse, just as the first drops of rain began to fall. Within minutes, the light rain turned into a heavy downpour, accompanied by flashes of lightning and loud claps of thunder.

Rob peeked out from his doghouse, watching the storm rage outside. He felt grateful for the frog’s warning and realized he had learned an important lesson. “I shouldn’t underestimate anyone,” Rob said to himself.

When the rain stopped, Rob went back outside and found the frog sitting by a puddle, looking content.

“Thank you for warning me,” Rob said, wagging his tail. “I didn’t know frogs could predict the weather.”

The frog smiled. “There are many things animals like us can sense that humans and even dogs might not notice. It’s always good to pay attention to the signs nature gives us.”

Rob nodded. “Can we be friends? Maybe you can teach me more about these signs.”

The frog croaked happily. “I’d like that very much, Rob. Let’s help each other stay safe and learn more about the world around us.”

From that day on, Rob and the frog became great friends. Rob learned to trust the frog’s instincts, and in return, he offered protection and companionship. Together, they enjoyed many adventures, growing wiser and stronger with each passing day.
