It was a bright Sunday morning. Spring was in the air, and everything looked picture-perfect. A sunflower was just woken up from her sleep. The bright yellow sun made her happy. The sunflower looked around and saw a redbug searching for something in the ground.
“Hey, what are you searching for?” asked the sunflower.
“I am searching for a safe place to call my home. But I couldn’t find a safe and secure home for myself. Because I want to keep my eggs securely.
“Why don’t you climb up and see if you can live inside me?” asked the sunflower.
The redbug was happy with that offer. The red bug slowly climbed to the sunflower. The red bug saw a spacious place inside the sunflower.
“May I live here? It’s the place I was looking for,” the red bug asked the sunflower’s permission.
“I am glad to have you as my tenant. You can live as long as you wish,” said the sunflower.
The red bug hugged the sunflower. She made the sunflower her home and laid all her eggs inside the sunflower. After a few days, some beautiful baby red bugs were out of their eggs. They played inside the sunflower, laughing and singing. The sunflower was happy to have the red bug family.
