The Missing Wedding Ring

It was a fine morning in the countryside. After the harsh winter, the spring was in the air. A rooster, who was walking around the countryside saw a fox desperately searching for something.

“Hey, what are you searching for? Can I help?” asked the helpful rooster.

“I am looking for my wedding ring, which I lost somewhere here,” said the fox.

“Don’t worry, bro. I know how precious is that for you,” the rooster said, and joined the fox in searching for the missing wedding ring. The rooster wanted to help the fox, but the fox was playing a trick on the rooster. He grabbed the rooster on its neck. The rooster cried for help. Suddenly, a bulldog appeared from nowhere. Seeing the bulldog, the fox left the rooster and ran away.

The rooster thanked the bulldog for the timely appearance.

“It’s good to help others, but help only the deserving ones,” the bulldog advised the rooster. The rooster noded its neck in agreement.
