Lion Lost, Camel Guides

lion and the camel in a desert
Sandy, please help me

Leo was a lion. A forest lion. He loved green. But the desert called. Whispers of sand.

"Hey, father, can I go and look what the desert is. I am so curious about the desert," the lion asked his father's permission to visit the desert.

"You should never attempt to cross the line, dear. Whoever crossed the desert border are lost forever," warned the lion's father. But still the lion grew curious to see what makes the desert so different from the forest, finally decided to cross the line. The lion walked toward the desert and did cross the desert's border for his first time.

Boom. Desert. No trees. Just hot, gold sand. Leo felt small. And lost. The sun beat down. Thirsty, tired. He wandered. His big paws dragged. Forest gone.

"I should have never crossed the lion. Now I am in trouble. Who will help me?" Leo started praying to God for help.

Then, a shape. A camel! Long legs. A hump appeared in a distance. The camel wwalked towards the lin. The lion was seeing a camel for the first time. "Lost?" asked the camel. Soft voice.

Leo nodded. Embarrassed. "Can't get back."

The camel, Sandy, smiled. "I know this place. I'll help."

Sandy led. Steady steps. Found water. Found shade. Told desert stories. The stars. The cool nights.

Finally, green! Forest! Leo roared. A real thank-you roar. "You saved me, Sandy!"

Sandy dipped her head. "My pleasure. Everyone needs help sometimes."

Then she turned. Back to the shimmering desert. Leo went home. Wiser. Grateful. A lion, helped by a camel.
