Fox And The Fearless Rabbit

The rabbits, enjoying a great time near the river, saw a fox running towards them. The rabbits went hiding in no time except Jack the rabbit. Jack couldn’t get time to hide. The fox saw the fearless rabbit.

“Hey, don’t you have a brain? Why are you not hiding? Can’t you see? I am a fox,” said the fox.

“Why should I hide when I have special powers?” Jack said.

“Special powers? What’s that?” asked the fox.

“If somebody touches me, they will be flown away. See that lion. It touched me, and now, it is in the air,” Jack pointed towards the sky. The fox looked up at the sky but couldn’t spot the lion.

“Hey, I am not seeing any lion there,” Jack said.

Buying that opportunity, Jack the rabbit ran away, hiding near inside a bush.

“Hey, where is that lion?” the fox asked. When the fox looked down, he couldn’t see the rabbit. Then he realized that the rabbit made him a fool, and it escaped. Disappointed, the fox went to its home, cursing himself for believing the rabbit.
