Dolphin And The Dog

Every morning, a dog named Dolby loved to visit the seashore. He lived super close, so it was only a five-minute walk from his cozy home.

One sunny morning, while playing by the waves, Dolby saw something pop up from the sea! "Hey, what was that?" he wondered. But just as quickly as it appeared, it disappeared.

The very next day, the same thing happened! This time, the mysterious creature stared at Dolby. Dolby, feeling a little surprised, started to bark. Woof woof! And again, the creature quickly disappeared.

On the third day, Dolby was determined to find out who this stranger was! He woke up extra early and waited patiently for the creature to pop up again. After a little while, there it was!

"Who are you?" Dolby asked, wagging his tail slowly.

"I'm a dolphin!" said the creature. "My name is Dilly. I've seen you here and I really want to be your friend!"

"Of course, we can be friends!" Dolby barked happily.

Dilly explained, "I help people who get lost at sea, especially if their boats get into trouble. I go on rescue missions to help them. That's when I first saw you, Dolby, and I wanted to be your friend."

Dolby wagged his tail even faster. "That's amazing, Dilly! I help people on land too. Sometimes, I go on rescue missions to find people who are lost in the mountains or need help in other ways. It's great that our friendship can help so many!"

"That's right!" said Dilly, smiling. "We can encourage each other to do good!"

Dolby barked with joy and wagged his tail so hard it looked like a blur. He knew he and Dilly were going to be the best of friends, helping others both in the sea and on land!
