Baby Lion And The Rainbow

One afternoon, after a soft summer rain had cooled the savanna, the clouds began to pull apart like a heavy curtain. The baby lion looked up, and his amber eyes went wide.

Baby Lion was seeing the rainbow for the first time in his life. The colors of the rainbow made his heart rejoice. "Who could have placed it there? It’s so high up... it must have been God painting the world a little brighter today." the baby lion whispered to himself.
