Here's the story, made easier for kids under 12:
A thirsty cow walked to the river to get a drink. Hidden in the water was a sneaky crocodile. The cow thought the crocodile was just a big, bumpy rock. So, she stepped right onto it to reach the water. Uh-oh! As soon as her feet touched the crocodile, it grabbed her and pulled her into the river!
"Help me! I'm sinking!" cried the cow as loud as she could.
An elephant was drinking nearby and heard the cow's loud cry. He quickly ran over and saw the crocodile pulling the cow. Zap! The elephant put his giant, heavy foot right on top of the crocodile, making it let go of the cow.
The cow was so happy and thankful! "Thank you, thank you, elephant!" she mooed.
"A wrong step can put you in danger. Next time, be super careful!" the elephant gently told the cow.
