The Special Rabbit And The Tiger

A tiger, who was taking a morning stroll saw a young rabbit. But the rabbit didn’t notice the tiger, as it was busy eating breakfast. The tiger was just behind the rabbit.

Hearing the tiger breathing, the rabbit looked back. It almost fainted with fear when it saw a real tiger just behind.

“I’m done,” the rabbit thought.

But the tiger left the place, completely ignoring the rabbit.

The rabbit was clueless as to why the tiger left him unharmed. So the rabbit concluded that the tiger didn’t hunt him down because he was so special. So, the young rabbit went to his friends to boast about his encounter with the tiger. An aged rabbit overheard what the young rabbit was telling its friends.

“Look, son. It’s good that the tiger left you unharmed. It’s not because he is your friend. But you were an easy prey. These predators take pleasure in chasing small animals and then make a kill. So next time, please be more alert about your surroundings,” the aged rabbit said.

“You are right, master. I will be more careful,” said the young rabbit.
