The Giftbox Unwrapping

On the way to its home from school, a rat saw a beautifully wrapped gift box on the road.

“Should I take it or not?” the rat thought for a while.

Then, the rat remembered the first lesson he was taught in the rat school. Don’t take anything for granted. Take your time, and observe before doing anything.

So the rat jumped and hid in a bush. When he was watching, another rat came that way. That rat had never gone to school. Seeing the gift box, he tried to unwrap it. The rat unwrapped the gift box. But before he could see what was inside the box, a cat jumped out of the box and caught the rat.

“Oh my god, I would have ended like that fool. My schooling helped me,” the rat whispered, and went home to say thanks to his parents for sending him to the school.
