Monkey And The Ants

A monkey was watching some busy, hardworking ants. The ants were marching to and fro disciplined, carrying food items on their back.

“Hey, are you guys going for a war? You guys are working hard all the day. What’s the matter?” the curious monkey asked.

“We are working hard because winter is approaching. We need food to survive the harsh winter. Because winter is so harsh, we ants will hardly survive without food. If we are not working hard now, there won’t be anything to eat during the winter. So we are collecting food for the winter,” said the ant.

“Um, that’s good. I appreciate your discipline and hard work. Wish you a nice winter,” said the monkey

The ant thanked the monkey for his best wishes and continued their job.
