Lion's Tempting Offer

The young elephant was grazing in the meadows. A lion appeared and asked the elephant whether he would like to drink the sweetest water in the whole forest. The lion's offer tempted the elephant, and he went with him.

The Attack

The elephant drank water from the river. Suddenly, the lion jumped upon the elephant.

Help, help, the elephant screamed. Soon, a herd of elephants appeared from nowhere. The lion saw the herd and got frightened. It ran away, because he knows that elephants will spare him if he gets caught.
