Happy Frog Eating Mosquitoes

An elephant was feeling a bit glum. The sun was hot, and the grass was dry. She saw a frog sitting on a lily pad and asked, "Why are you so happy today?"

The frog giggled and their eyes sparkled. "I'm happy because there are so many mosquitoes to eat! I love to eat mosquitoes!"

The elephant's big ears wiggled in surprise. "Won't they bite you?" the elephant asked.

"Oh, they try!" the frog croaked. "But before they can, I use my long, sticky tongue to catch them super fast and swallow them all up!" They then demonstrated by flicking their tongue out and catching a little mosquito zipping by.

The elephant watched the frog catching mosquitoes and laughed. The elephant became happy again.
