Fox, The Pianist And The Bunny Story

fox playing piano while a bunny listen to it

There once was a clever fox who caught a big, plump bunny. But instead of having him for dinner, the fox had a different idea. "Listen to my music," he said, and started playing a very loud and very bad tune on his piano. The bunny, who was a smart little guy, didn't want to hurt the fox's feelings—or get eaten! So he clapped and cheered. "Wow, Mr. Fox, that was the most wonderful music I've ever heard! You should have a concert for everyone, especially for our King Lion. He would love it so much he'd give you a prize!"

The fox's eyes lit up. "What a brilliant idea! Thank you, little bunny. Now, you are free to go." And with a hop, skip, and a jump, the bunny was back with his family and friends. A week later, the fox was ready. He sent invitations to all the jungle animals for a big concert, with King Lion and his family as the special guests. The bunny and his friends even came to watch.

The concert began, and the fox started to play his music. It was just as bad as before. The notes were all wrong, and the sounds were terrible! King Lion roared with anger. "This isn't music! It's awful! Go away and never come back to this jungle again!" The fox was so sad he ran away with his tail between his legs. The clever bunny and all his friends cheered. They were finally safe from the sneaky fox! The bunny had used his wits to save himself and his friends. What a smart and brave little bunny he was!
