Follow The Sunset

Chasing the camel, Leo, the mighty lion was in the middle of the desert. The camel was nowhere to be seen. Leo was feeling trapped in the middle of the desert, tired and thirsty. There was no shadow of a tree to take rest. The unforgiving sun was unleashing its fury over the desert. Everywhere it was sand dunes, and Leo couldn’t find the way out of the desert.

The tired lion sat down and started to weep, cursing the moment it decided to hunt the camel. He was waiting for the death.

Suddenly, the camel appeared before him. The lion begged for mercy.

“Will you please show me a way out of this gruesome desert? I will be thankful and not hunt you again,” said the lion.

“Mr. Lion, I have no faith in you. But that doesn’t mean I will not help you. I will show you the way out of this desert, but you have to understand what I am saying and follow the path I will tell you. I won’t accompany you because I don’t know when you will change your mind,” said the camel.

The camel explained the path out of the desert. “Just follow the sunset, and you will reach your place,” said the camel.

The lion waited for the afternoon and started walking following the sunset. After walking, and walking Leo reached his place.

The lion never attempted to hunt a camel again in its life.
