Another Bird Song

(Bird 1) Chirp! Chirp! Hey, look up and see! The big bright sun is smiling at me! The leaves are so green, the sky is so blue, What a happy, good day for me and for you!

(Bird 2) Tweet! Tweet! You're right, it's so nice! God gave us the water, as cold as ice, And little brown seeds and worms for a treat— He gives us everything that we need to eat!

(Bird 1) He gave us our wings to fly, high and fast, From the branch to the ground, we can zoom right past! He made the soft nest where we rest and we sleep, He cares for us all while the whole world is deep!

(Bird 2) He made the warm breeze that helps us take flight, And little soft clouds, puffy, snowy, and white. We don't have to worry, we don't have to frown, He gave us all we need in this busy town!

(Both, doing a little flap dance) So flap your small wings and sing out your song! Thank God for this day, where we all feel so strong!
