Woodpecker Home

“Tick, Tick, Tick,” the woodpecker was hitting his head hard against a tree.

“Hey, what are you doing? Are you upset or something? Please let me know your problem. I will see if I can offer you any help,” one curious bird asked the woodpecker when it saw the woodpecker hitting the tree with its head.

“Oh, my dear friend, thank you for your concern. I am not upset over anything. But building a house for myself. We woodpeckers have a natural talent to build a home inside a tree using our heads. Thanks to our strong beak, which is rock solid, helps us to carve an entire house inside a tree without seeking anybody’s help,” said the woodpecker.

The other bird marveled at the speed at which the woodpecker was carving its home.

After a few hours, the house of the woodpecker was ready. Soon, a female woodpecker bird flew in to live with him. The beginning of a new era in their life, to have children and live peacefully in their tree home.
