This Bird Who Helped The Hippo

Surviving the hot summer is a big challenge a hippo faces during every summer. This time too, the summer was severe. Hippo found himself always spending time in the pond to keep his huge body cool. But the pond was drying out fast. The hippo had no idea what to do to survive the hot summer. Later that day, a little parrot came to the hippo

"Hey, bird, can you please help me?" asked the hippo.

"I am a small parrot, and you are so big. I am not sure if I can help you," said the bird.

"You can help me dear. You see, this pond is fast drying up. I want to shift to another pond, or I will die in this hot summer. Can you please fly around and find me another pond better than this?" asked the hippo.

"I think this help I can do. I will fly around and see if there are any pond for you worth shifting," said the bird.

The bird flew around, and found a pond not far from the pond where the hippo lives.

"Hey, Hippo, I am glad, I could help you. I found a pond with plenty of water," said the bird. The bird led the hippo to the new pond. When the hippo reached the new pond, he was happy. The water is cooler, and there were a lot of trees around.

"I am happy that you could help me," said the hippo.

"I am also happy to help you out," said the bird.
