The Mischievous Monkey

Once upon a time, a silly little monkey climbed high up into a tall palm tree. Looking down at the ground, he thought he was completely safe from everyone else. He started making silly faces and teasing the other animals below, convinced that no one could reach him up so high.

Just as he was laughing at his own naughty trick, he leaned out a little too far. Whoops! He lost his balance mid-gasp, lost his grip on the trunk, and went tumbling all the way down to the soft grass below with a big thud!

Rubbing his sore tail, the monkey realized a valuable lesson: being up high doesn't mean you can treat others unkindly, and playing mean games usually ends in a tumble. From that day on, he decided to use his climbing skills to share bananas instead of teasing his friends.
