Deep in the heart of the Golden Forest, Little Star the young deer loved playing tag with his family. But one sunny afternoon, a low rumble echoed through the tall grass.
A big, golden lion stepped out from the shadows! The herd gasped. Normally, everyone would scatter as fast as their hooves could carry them. But Little Star looked back and saw the baby fawns trembling behind him. They weren't fast enough to run away yet. Taking a deep breath, Little Star did something extraordinary. He did not run. He puffed out his chest, stamped his tiny hoof on the ground, and let out a loud, brave STOMP!
The big lion stopped dead in his tracks. His jaw dropped. He had never seen a small deer stand up to him before! He blinked, completely shocked by the little deer's giant courage. While the bewildered lion stood frozen in surprise, the rest of the herd scampered safely into the hidden bushes. Seeing his family safe, Little Star gave one last proud nod, leaped over a fallen log, and bounded into the trees to join them.
From that day on, the lion learned that bravery comes in all sizes, and Little Star became the hero of the Golden Forest.
