Coconut Monkey And The Elephant

The baby elephant was playing around. "Hey, baby, do you want something to eat?" a monkey on a coconut tree called out to the little elephant.

"Yes, I'm hungry," said the baby elephant.

"Here we go!" said the monkey, and he quickly scurried up a tall coconut tree. He grabbed a few coconuts and tossed them down. The baby elephant, with its immense strength, easily crushed the coconuts with its big foot. The clever monkey then scampered down and took his share. The elephant happily munched on the coconut, content with the monkey's offering.

The monkey was indeed clever! Whenever he spotted an elephant, he'd ask the same question. If the elephant wanted a coconut, the monkey would climb the tree and pluck some. When the elephant crushed the coconut with its mighty foot, the monkey would always get to enjoy a share. Quite a clever plan, wouldn't you say?
