End Of A Funny Race

“Hey, let’s race,” the dog said to the elephant.

“Ok, I am ready, here we go,” said the elephant.

The elephant and the dog started running. The elephant was ahead of the dog. But, soon the dog was ahead of the elephant.

On their way, there was a small bridge to cross a river. The dog was almost at the end of the bridge when the elephant entered onto the bridge. The weight of the elephant caused the bridge to rise, throwing the dog into the air. The dog landed far behind the elephant.

The elephant laughed. But when the elephant was in the middle of the bridge, the bridge collapsed, and the elephant fell into the water.  Now the dog laughed at the elephant.

The elephant and the dog laughed. That was the end of the funny race.
