Bring The Rain, Hippo And The Frog Story

The hippo was searching for the frog and found it in a pond. The hippo had a special request to make to the frog.

“Hey, I know you can bring the rain. Please bring the rain. Please do it for me and my family. Without water, we will die. The rivers are all dried up. Only you can help me,” said the hippo.

“Oh my God, you are mistaken, dear. I can indeed foretell when it will be raining. But I can’t bring the rain myself. Only God can do it,” said the frog.

“Oh, if that’s the case, let’s pray,” said the hippo

Both the animals prayed. Every day, they prayed to God for the rain.

One day, the frog was crying loudly. “Chrome, Chrom,”

“Hey, what’s the matter? Why are you crying instead of praying?” asked the angry hippo.

“I am crying because I know it’s going to rain soon. My instinct is built to foretell when it will rain. Now is the time to rain,” said the frog.

Soon, the rain started pouring, which lasted for hours. Every day, it was raining for the next few days. The rivers are refreshed. Now, the hippo family has enough water for all of them to submerge in the water.

“Let’s rejoice on this happy occasion because God answered our prayer for the rain,” said the hippo. The animals thanked God for bringing in the rain.
